Uta Schreiber

Uta Schreiber is lawyer and commercial lawyer (Univ. Bayreuth).

After studying law at the Bayreuth University with an additional qualification in economic science Uta Schreiber was employed as lawyer with a partnership of lawyers in Frankfurt on Main specialised in insolvency law. Main areas of her activities were administration of insolvents` estates, assigned company - rescues, advice to creditors prior to and during insolvency proceedings as well as administration of estate.

Uta Schreiber disposes of an excellent professional knowledge and deepened and enlarged it through successful participation in advanced training courses as well as in a special course leading to the title of "Specialised Layer for Commercial-, Company- and Partnership Law (Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht).

Since February 2009 Uta Schreiber is partner with "Notos Rechtsanwälte und Steuerberater".

Her point of main emphasis lies in the shaping of legal issues coming up in commercial-, company- and partnership law. She advises clients in choosing the appropriate distribution systems and also supports clients in optimising their existing systems. In the area of company and partnership law Uta Schreiber gives comprehensive advice in all areas of commercial law. Her point of main emphasis is completed by giving legal advice and by taking care of companies, managing directors and creditors prior to possible and during actual insolvency proceedings.
