Christoph Kapp

Christoph Kapp is lawyer and certified social law attorney.

After working with a renowned law office specialised in social law in Frankfurt am Main he founded in the year 2000 at first the law office “Kapp” with the sector of priority in social law followed in the beginning of 2003 the specialised Law Office for Labour- and Social Law “Kapp Dittmar Rechtsanwälte” (Kapp Dittmar Lawyers).

Christoph Kapp is co-founder of “Notos Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater” (Notos Lawyers Tax Advisors).

His sector of priority is social law, especially advice and representation of companies/employees of the health- and nursing sectors as well as in the fields of annuity- and health insurance. A further special characteristic is his exceptional knowledge with regard to the intersections to copyright- and media law (artists` social insurance scheme, mock self-employment) as well as to IT/IP-law (freelancer, compulsory annuity insurance for self-employed people).
